SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Our made by us products are printed to order. Please bear in mind that during busy periods, our printer can have quite a queue. We'll always let you know if there are any delays. Most of the time we'll print and despatch your order within a day or two.

We have over 500 items of sourced by us products on the shelf ready for immediate despatch, however, some may require backorder. We'll let you know if that's the case.

Our delivery partner is Royal Mail, and we usually post using their first class, signed for service. Delivery times vary between regions - and during heavy loading periods (ie Christmas), but most orders are delivered a day or two after we send them.

Some larger items will be sent by other courier using a fast and secure service. We'll let you know tracking information.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are made or sourced to order, just for you. Therefore, in the majority of cases, we don't accept returns.
We have very high standards for quality assurance, but in the unlikely case that one of our products is delivered sub-standard or damaged, we'll work with you to make it right. We may choose to send a replacement or part replacement.
